I love ghost stories. I especially want to read “Spookiest Lighthouses”…. I live in Maine & have always found lighthouses interesting, especially haunted &/or creepy ones!

Thanks for your interest. There are some spooky lighthouses discussed in this book that are in your area, including Seguin Island Lighthouse. Hope you get a chance to read all about them!

In your book BEST GHOST TALES OF NC, you mentioned the Momeyer light. I am very interested in learning more about this light since it is in my area. Could you refer me to additional reference materials and tell me how to locate the two people mentioned in the book? I would love to visit with them.

      Hi Dede,
All I know is included in THE BEST GHOST TALES OF NORTH CAROLINA. I am including a link to all the paranormal groups in NC. As you may know, Momeyer is closest to Goldsboro, Wilson, Rocky Mount, Wendell, Greenville, and Raleigh. So I would suggest that you start by contacting ghost investigation groups in those areas and ask if they have done investigations here and/or have any additional information they can provide you. There are groups in all those locales except Wilson and Rocky Mount. I feel confident that one or more of these groups have done an investigation of Momeyer given the proximity to them. http://www.paranormalsocieties.com/state_list.cfm?state=nc. Keep me posted if you find out anything significant!
