Do you need help?
Are you having trouble staying on task? Maybe you just need a little help. Writing is a solitary endeavor. Some writers prefer that and in fact work best on their own. But others may need more support and/or accountability, such as a writing community or writing school/workshop or writing club. You can get involved in #julywritingchallenge on Twitter. Many folks find that helpful but you must follow their rules to participate. Or you may want to join a local writer’s group in which you not only get support from fellow writers but you also have a built-in accountability since you have to bring new pages to the meetings for critiquing. Or you can find online support communities for writers, such as my blog, A Writer’s Journey, and this challenge, AWJ: Write A Book in 2015. Or you can find lots of helpful online resources such as videos, webinars, and podcasts. I also want to remind you that a good resource is our podcast, A Writer’s Journey: From Blank Page To Published, which you can subscribe to on iTunes and listen anywhere, anytime:https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/writers-journey-from-blank/id911131840
ASSIGNMENT–Month #7 (July): Get help if you need it. Write another 10,000 words.
