With all the bad weather we’ve been having, the news is full of stories about travelers stranded at airports all across America. I thought it might be a good time to write a post about what airports are good or bad during normal times.
The following is a list of the FIVE BEST AIRPORTS IN THE U.S. (as far as flights being on time):
1. Salt Lake City (only 11% delay rate)
2. Portland (only 12% delay rate)
3. Seattle-Tacoma (only 13% delay rate)
4. Minn-St.Paul (only 14% delay rate)
5. Reagan, D.C. (only 15% delay rate)
The following is a list of the FIVE BEST AIRPORTS IN THE U.S. (as far as flights being on time):
1. Chicago Midway (flights delayed 27% of the time!)
2. Chicago O’Hare (flights delayed 26% of the time)
3. Newark (flights delayed 25% of the time)
4. Dallas-Ft.Worth (flights delayed 24% of the time)
5. Denver (flights delayed 23% of the time)
