You don’t have to spend a lot of time and money to create cool Halloween decorations. Trust me, I’m no Martha Stewart but I manage to look like I am!
Buy a bag of orange and white balloons (or buy a multi-color pack and use Halloween colors).
Using a black marker, draw fun faces on the balloons after you have blown them up. You can buy different sizes to create different effects. Tie strings on them and place around the room(s).
So cheap and easy, right?
