What: National Park Week (fee waiver includes entrance fees, commercial tour fees, and transportation entrance fees but not camping, concessions, and special tours/fees)
When: April 16 – 24
Where: Free admission is given at more than 400 parks to everyone all day on any of these dates. These include many in the Carolinas, such as Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site, and Wright Brothers Memorial.
