The Half-Moon Bastion was an original part of the original foundation of “Charles Town”, and protruded out into the water as a “half-moon” shape. In 1781, the Old Exchange Building was constructed on the site of the Half-Moon Bastion. The contest will begin at 6:01 a.m. on September 1, 2014 and end at 11:59  p.m. on September 30, 2014. A random drawing will be held and the winners will be announced on October 1, 2014. The grand prize winner will receive vouchers for all prizes by October 31, 2014 and will have up to one year to redeem their prize.
