The 24th annual Sea Witch Halloween & Fiddler’s Festival is the last week of October, 25 to 27, at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This is a lot of fun for all ages. There are many fun activities, such as a Sea Witch hunt (!), horse parade, magic shows, pumpkin carving, costume parade, and free outdoor movies in the park at dark.
